Unlike the induction stove, everytime you turn a burner on, the entirety of that burner’s surface will be heated. As a result of this, you need to make sure that the pan you are using is on the burner in its entirety, or else certain spaces on the pan won’t be heated properly. But, fortunately, each burner is quite large, which makes it easy for you to align your pan with it in the proper manner, allowing for even heat distribution.

On the bottom left and right of this electric cooktop, there are two small burners. If you have small pans, then you will be using those two small burners. On the top left and top right, there are two larger burners, which are useful if you have larger pans of food to cook. In the middle of the electric cooktop, there is a very large burner which you can use to cook large pans of food.
