In the last decade or so, robots have taken over a large portion of the cleaning market. Well, robots haven’t taken over the market, robotics technology has taken over the market.

Today, you can find robotic vacuum cleaners, robotic window washers, and robotic pool cleaners. These are all devices that rely on robotics technology to automate the process of cleaning. Instead of you having to manually operate these devices, they operate themselves and perform whatever cleaning tasks they have been given on their own. People love these devices for that reason.

What Does The Dolphin C3 Offer?
The Dolphin C3 is one of the more expensive robotic pool cleaners in the Dolphin product line. It’s expensive, though, because it offers some of the best features that a robotic pool cleaner can offer.

Using the Dolphin C3, you can clean a pool that is, at the most, fifty-feet in diameter. That’s pretty big for a swimming pool, so you shouldn’t have any problems with this Maximum Area Coverage.
During the pool cleaning process, the Dolphin C3 makes use of a few different technologies. These technologies are used to clean the pool, and to make the overall process as quick and as easy as it can be.
Right off the bat, CleverClean Technology is used to scan the pool. This technology allows the Dolphin C3 to navigate around your pool, and to detect how big the pool is, what shape it is, and where it needs to go. It can also detect the areas in the pool that are dirty.
What makes CleverClean Technology especially useful is the fact that it uses algorithms to create specific routes for the Dolphin C3 to take. These routes then allow the Dolphin C3 to clean the entirety of your pool, even if it is fifty-feet in diameter, in 2.5-hours or less. For a big pool, 2.5-hours is not a long period.

On the bottom of the Dolphin C3, there is a thick scrub brush. This scrub brush uses strong bristles to remove the gunk and grime that is on the floor, walls, and waterline of your pool. Using this scrub brush, the pool cleaning task is quick and easy. But, of course, if the Dolphin C3 just scrubbed that stuff off, it wouldn’t do much.
Used in conjunction with the scrub brush, there is powerful suction. This powerful suction gathers up all of the gunk and grime that has been removed, and throws it into one of the filtration cartridges. There are two, and the larger filtration cartridge can hold larger pieces of debris, which is great if there are things like sticks and large clumps of moss in your pool.
Ultimately, the Dolphin C3 is a fantastic robotic pool cleaner that gives you a tremendous amount of cleaning power. It is quite expensive, though, and designed for people who want to have the most amount of power possible. Make sure to keep that in mind, when considering which robotic pool cleaner to purchase.

What Does The Dolphin H50 Offer?
Let’s start with the fact that the Dolphin H50 is more of an industrial robotic pool cleaner, than a commercial one. Unlike the Dolphin C3, the Dolphin H50 isn’t meant to be used for the pool in your backyard; it’s meant to be used for the pool in a hotel, for example.

When the Dolphin H50 is moving around your pool, it uses CleverClean Technology. There aren’t any differences between the CleverClean Technology that the Dolphin H50 uses, and the CleverClean Technology that the Dolphin C3 uses. Instead, they both work very well, and they make the pool cleaning process much quicker, since they allow for quick and easy cleaning paths to be discovered.
Underneath the Dolphin H50, there are Dual Scrubbing Brushes. This setup is pretty similar to the Dolphin C3. But, that’s not a bad thing, because these brushes remove gunk, grime, and dirt from the floor, walls, and the waterline of your pool in a very efficient manner. The Dolphin H50 does work a little bit better, when it comes to the scrubbing, than the Dolphin C3. Especially if those spaces in your pool have seen a lot of wear and tear.

While the Dolphin H50 is scrubbing your pool, a strong suction current is being produced, and this allows all of the gunk, grime, and dirt (that the Dual Scrubbing Brushes are removing), to be removed from your pool and thrown into the pool cleaner so that you can then dispose of it.
This suction is a bit more powerful than the suction that the Dolphin C3 produces, and it allows the Dolphin H50 to remove larger pieces of debris, as well. Pieces of debris such as sticks, small branches, and various pieces of trash that may have fallen into the pool.
Sometimes, the CleverClean Technology isn’t going to be as accurate as you would like it to. Or, it’s not going to clean one particular space as thoroughly as you would prefer. Fortunately, there is a great solution to this problem, and this solution involves using a small remote control.
This remote control allows you to directly maneuver the Dolphin H50 wherever you would like it to go. If it missed a spot on the floor of your pool, you can just press a few buttons and clean that space directly.Related Dolphin Articles

Dolphin C3 vs. H50
In the end, the Dolphin H50 is a great robot pool cleaner! But, as the name suggests, it’s best if you are using it for some industrial purpose, rather than a commercial one.
