The Roomba 670 is the most inexpensive robot vacuum in this guide. It doesn’t offer the same level of efficiency or the same set of features as the other robot vacuums in this guide, but it doesn’t need to. Instead, this robot vacuum delivers an efficient and effective vacuuming experience.
To use this robot vacuum, you’ll be using either a remote control, or a smart device. With this robot vacuum, you can use your smartphone or an Amazon Alexa/Google Assistant device. This means that you can use your voice to control the robot vacuum.
While using those devices, you can change the cleaning mode that the vacuum is using, create a custom schedule, tell the vacuum to recharge, and turn the vacuum on and off. Those are simple settings, but they make it easy to tailor the vacuuming experience to your needs.
When it comes to the performance this robot vacuum offers, it’s quite effective. When it comes to the enhanced suction power that this robot vacuum offers, it allows you to vacuum on any hard floor, as well as surfaces such as carpets and rugs. Thick carpets and rugs will be a little challenging for this robot vacuum to clean on, but thin carpets and rugs are very easy for this robot vacuum to clean.
To aid in making the vacuuming process even easier, this robot vacuum relies on Dual Multi-Surface Brushes. These two brushes are contained right underneath the robot vacuum, and they consist of thick bristles that allow dirt, dust, and debris to be removed from hard surfaces and soft surfaces. But, along with that, this robot vacuum also uses Patented Dirt Detect Sensors, which allow the robot vacuum to detect areas that are especially dirty, and to work harder on cleaning up those areas.

What Does The Roomba 690 Have To Offer?
The Roomba 690 is very similar to the Roomba 675. Most of the features and design traits that the Roomba 675 offers can be found in the Roomba 690. To give you an example of this, you have the same level of smart functionality, the same Dirt Detect Sensors, and the same brush and suction system. But, each one of those features works very well, and as such, you are getting a very useful and efficient vacuuming experience.

The Roomba 690 comes with a Virtual Wall Barrier, which is a tool that allows you to prevent the robot vacuum from going into/leaving certain spaces. Just set the Virtual Wall Barrier up in front of a doorway, and it will emit a signal that tells the robot vacuum not to cross.
If you are looking for a robot vacuum that offers all of the features the Roomba 675 does, while giving you more control over the vacuuming process, then the Roomba 690 will be great for you.
