If you go online, or to a store, you’ll find all kinds of different vacuum cleaners. Most of these vacuum cleaners are fairly large, but you’re also going to find a lot of smaller vacuum cleaners. There are stick vacuum cleaners, for example, which are very thin and lightweight vacuum cleaners that you can use to clean all kinds of different areas and spaces.
There are also handheld vacuum cleaners, and robot vacuums, and these, too, are small and mobile vacuum cleaners.

More and more people are choosing to purchase smaller vacuum cleaners. Vacuum cleaners that are more mobile and versatile. While there are still plenty of larger vacuum cleaners – such as upright vacuums – and there always will be, due to the efficiency and performance they offer, people are choosing vacuum cleaners that give them a wider range of options, when it comes to the general portability and flexibility of the vacuum cleaner.
Miele is a manufacturer that has been around for quite some time. Founded in 1899, they manufacture all kinds of different tools, devices, and products. These days, they are well-known for their vacuum cleaners, of which they have manufactured quite a few.
In recent years, Miele has tapped into the canister vacuum market. And, they’ve released a bunch of different canister vacuum cleaners, most of which are exceptional.

What is a canister vacuum, though?
Well, a canister vacuum is a vacuum cleaner that is contained within a small and fairly lightweight unit. This unit has wheels, and it contains the motor and the dust container, along with all of the other features that vacuum cleaners need to have.
Unlike upright vacuums, canister vacuums are pretty small. They aren’t tall and upright. Instead, they’re short and they can fit into most spaces with ease.
With a canister vacuum, you’re able to move the vacuum cleaner around, in many different spaces. Spaces such as living rooms, bedrooms, small bathrooms, basements, attics, and closets, among many others. This is because canister vacuums are small and lightweight.
They have wheels on the bottom, too, and these wheels make it easy to conduct the movement of the canister vacuum.

Most canister vacuums have a nozzle that is long, but not particularly large. Using the nozzle, you have access to a great deal of mobility. Moving from space to space is easy, and you can use this nozzle to clean underneath couches and chairs, in corners and crevices, and all across your floor.
Unlike other vacuum cleaners, though, that trade size for performance, canister vacuum cleaners give you a significant amount of performance. You can use a canister vacuum on any surface.
It doesn’t matter if you’re vacuuming on a hardwood floor, that doesn’t require very much suction, or a thick rug, which requires a lot more; canister vacuums give you the suction power and performance you need to vacuum just about anything!

In this buying guide, we’re going to be taking a look at canister vacuums. More specifically, we’re going to be taking a look at the canister vacuums that Miele offers. You’re going to learn all about sixteen of the canister vacuums that Miele offers, and you are going to learn what it is that they offer.
After we’ve looked at those Miele canister vacuums, we’re then going to conclude this buying guide, and quickly go over the key things to consider when buying a Miele Canister Vacuum.

Miele Canister Vacuums From The Miele C1 Series
01: Miele Classic C1 Pure Suction Canister Vacuum Cleaner Review
To start this guide, we have the Miele Classic C1 Pure Suction Canister Vacuum Cleaner. This canister vacuum has a 1,200W motor. With this motor, you have the freedom to vacuum up just about anything. It doesn’t matter if you’re vacuuming carpets or stone floors, this motor gives you all of the suction power that you need.

If you want to use less suction power or more suction power, you can use a little rotary dial. This dial gives you six different settings to choose from when it comes to the suction power that you are using.
While you are vacuuming, right on the cleaner head, there is a little switch. This is a footswitch, so you can use your foot to press this switch. By pressing this switch, you adjust the cleaning mode that the canister vacuum cleaner is currently using.
If you go from a carpet to a hard floor, press the button on the footswitch, and that adjusts the cleaning power that is being used, making the vacuuming process a lot easier.
Sometimes, you need to vacuum something a bit more precise. Miele has included several accessories that you can use, for a more precise vacuuming experience. You can clip on to the suction nozzle, a dusting brush, a crevice tool, as well as an upholstery tool.

02: Miele Pure Suction Canister Vacuum Review
Next up, we have the Miele Pure Suction Canister Vacuum. In several ways, the Miele Pure Suction Canister Vacuum is very similar to the Miele Classic C1 Pure Suction Canister Vacuum Cleaner.

You have the same motor, which gives you 1,200W of suction power. This is a lot of suction power, so vacuuming thick and dense surfaces will not be a problem. To adjust the suction, you can use the same rotary dial that the Miele Classic C1 Pure Suction Canister Vacuum Cleaner comes with.
Along with that, the Miele Pure Suction Canister Vacuum has the same cleaning head and, in other ways, the design is the same.
What makes the Miele Pure Suction Canister Vacuum stand out, however, is the fact that it’s white, which does look a bit nicer, on an aesthetic level. And, in terms of size and mobility, the Miele Pure Suction Canister Vacuum has stronger wheels and gives you a bit more mobility. If those are important to you, then this is a great canister vacuum!

03: Miele Classic C1 Turbo Team Canister Vacuum Cleaner Review
Mobility and versatility are two of the most important elements of the Miele Classic C1 Turbo Team Canister Vacuum Cleaner. Miele has given this canister vacuum cleaner strong wheels, a sleek and simple design.

What is particularly useful about this canister vacuum cleaner has to do with the fact you have access to a lot of mobility. The cleaning power is the same, but the mobility is a lot better. Moving around furniture and within small and cramped spaces is easy. That’s what makes the Miele Classic C1 Turbo Team Canister Vacuum Cleaner a great canister vacuum cleaner.

You won’t be limited or constrained, in terms of suction power and overall performance. What makes this canister vacuum especially useful, however, is the fact that it has a Turbobrush Floorhead, and the Turbobrush Floorhead is a floorhead that can conduct air efficiently and powerfully. Using this floorhead, you can adjust the amount of suction that is being conducted, at any time, and the brush can remove all of the dirt, dust, and chunks of debris that are on a hard or soft floor.

Then, with the Mini Turbo Brush, you can clean chairs, couches, and other upholstery. This is especially useful if you have cats, since cats like to sleep on random chairs and couches, and they leave a lot of furs behind.

But, what’s especially nice is that you can rotate the Parquet Twister, and this makes it easy to vacuum underneath furniture and in tight spaces.
