Or do you?

In recent years, air purifier technology has grown in a series of new directions. If you take a look at the different air purifiers that were developed within the last few decades, many of them were rather crude and impractical machines. Machines that had the potential to clean up your air thoroughly, and to ensure that you would no longer be forced to breathe in all of those nasty particles that are lurking around. But, for a long period, this potential remained just that: potential.

It wasn’t until years later that manufacturers started to understand the true nature of air purifiers and the myriad of intensely practical benefits that they can provide.

What Does The GermGuardian GG1000 Small Air Purifier Offer?

To start, as the name of this air purifier suggests, the GermGuardian GG1000 Small Air Purifier is, naturally, a very small air purifier. It weighs only a single pound, and it has a very small and slim design. This design gives you a lot of freedom because you can place it into many different spaces, and this freedom is one of the core design tenets of the GermGuardian GG1000 Small Air Purifier.

GermGuardian GG1000 Air Purifier

Many people use the GermGuardian GG1000 Small Air Purifier in spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms. That’s because you can use this air purifier in just about any space, and it works well within any space. Much of this has to do with the general design of this air purifier, but there is another factor that makes it incredibly appealing.

Unlike many of the other air purifiers that are currently on the market, the GermGuardian GG1000 Small Air Purifier uses UV-C technology. This technology is a purification technology that uses the power of UV-C light to eradicate germs, bacteria, and allergens from your air.

Instead of relying on conventional filtration technology, the GermGuardian GG1000 Small Air Purifier relies on a light bulb. You’re going to need to replace this light bulb once, every six-to-eight-months. But, with this light bulb, UV-C light is generated.

GermGuardian GG1000

Normally, UV-C light is very dangerous and harmful to human beings, because the rays are so intense, and they’re able to eradicate all manner of different particles. And, the same is true of the UV-C light in this air purifier. However, since this light is used within a small, enclosed space, and it has been designed for air purification, it isn’t dangerous. Instead, it’s simply a very effective air purifier, that completely eradicates the nasty particles in your air.

Ultimately, the GermGuardian GG1000 Small Air Purifier is a simple, but highly-effective, un that forfeits complex purification mechanisms, and instead, utilizes the power of light. If you are looking for an air purifier that is affordable, mobile, effective, and efficient, then the GermGuardian GG1000 Small Air Purifier should be at the top of your list.

GermGuardian GG1000 Vs. hOmeLabs 3-In-1

From hOmeLabs, we have the hOmeLabs 3-In-1. Just like the GermGuardian GG1000, the hOmeLabs 3-In-1 is a very small, but sleek, air purifier. It weighs a total of 2.9 pounds, has a sleek and clear-cut design, and you can use it in just about any space.

GermGuardian GG1000 Vs. hOmeLabs 3-In-1

Many people choose to use the hOmeLabs 3-In-1 as a “travel air purifier”, and this is because it’s such a small and portable little air purifier, that it’s incredibly easy for you to pack it up into a bag, and to bring it into hotel rooms, and other travel spaces, which often have especially dirty air.

Unlike the GermGuardian GG1000 Small Air Purifier, though, the hOmeLabs 3-In-1 uses a HEPA-filtration system, rather than relying on UV-C light. This system consists of four individual filters, and each one of these filters removes the nasty particles from your air.

First, you have the Pre-Filter. This takes care of the bigger particles. And then, you have the HEPA-Filter, which removes those small and minuscule particles that are the ones causing most of the trouble – these are particles such as dust and allergens. After that, there’s the Activated Carbon, which removes odors, and then the Ion Booster, which serves as one final purification mechanism to ensure that your air is nice and clean.

If you are looking for an air purifier that is a bit more elaborate, and a bit more thorough in its filtration, then the hOmeLabs 3-In-1 is one of the best options available to you.

GermGuardian GG1000 Vs. GermGuardian AC4100

Here, we have another GermGuardian air purifier. This one is the GermGuardian AC4100, and it’s slightly larger than the GermGuardian GG1000. With a weight of 4.85 pounds, this air purifier is still quite mobile, and you can move it into many different spaces.

GermGuardian GG1000 Vs. GermGuardian AC4100

On the front of the GermGuardian AC4100, there is a small dial. This dial lets you turn on the air purifier, while also customizing the purification process itself, allowing you to tailor it to whatever specific and desires that you have.

Unlike the GermGuardian GG1000, the GermGuardian AC4100 relies on a HEPA-Filter, rather than UV-C light. But, with that being said, the GermGuardian AC4100 makes use of a charcoal filter, which removes the nasty odors from your air, as well as an optional UV-C light feature.

If you choose to, you can use all three of these purification mechanisms at the same time – UV-C light, the charcoal filter, and the HEPA-Filter – and this leads to a thorough and efficient purification process that quickly removes all of the gunk from your air.

In the end, if you don’t mind spending some more money, and sacrificing some mobility, the GermGuardian AC4100 is an especially efficient air purifier that is great at cleaning out particularly dirty air.

GermGuardian GG1000 Vs. KOIOS Air Purifier

From KOIOS, we have the KOIOS Air Purifier. Now, KOIOS isn’t one of the most well-known brands, but they have manufactured some fantastic air purifiers. And, the KOIOS Air Purifier just so happens to be one of those air purifiers.

GermGuardian GG1000 Vs. KOIOS Air Purifier

One of the most notable things about this air purifier is the sheer simplicity of its design. Right on the top of the KOIOS Air Purifier, there is a power button. This button lets you turn the air purifier on and off, while also letting you adjust the speed of the fans that are used for the air purification process.

It’s that simple. And, this simplicity defines the approach that KOIOS has, with regards to this air purifier.

Using this air purifier is an incredibly simple and effortless task. Since this air purifier weighs only 2.1 pounds, you can use it in just about any space, as well. These two qualities make it an especially useful air purifier if you want something with mobility and flexibility.

As for the purification methods, the KOIOS Air Purifier uses a TRUE-HEPA Filter, as well as an Activated Carbon Filter, and a Pre-Filter. Each one of these filtration mechanisms works to remove all of the gunk from your air, and these mechanisms are well-made and very efficient.

For a low price, you can have the KOIOS Air Purifier. It isn’t the strongest or most effective air purifier, but it’s well-priced, incredibly easy-to-use, and it works very well. If that’s what you are looking for, then this is a great choice.

GermGuardian GG1000 Vs. LEVOIT LV-H132 Air Purifier

The LEVOIT LV-H132 Air Purifier is one of the more expensive air purifiers we’ve looked at so far. It’s larger than the others, weighing 6.6 pounds, but it is also an exceptionally well-designed air purifier that has a couple of key attributes that make it worth the extra money.

GermGuardian GG1000 Vs. LEVOIT LV-H132 Air Purifier

With the LEVOIT LV-H132 Air Purifier, you have an air purifier that consists of a three-stage filtration system. This system consists of a Pre-Filter, a True-HEPA Filter, and then a High-Efficiency Activated Carbon Filter. With the Pre-Filter, the big particles are removed from your air, and this leads to an easy experience for the True-HEPA Filter, which is designed for small particles. Once the particles have gone through those two filters, they flow directly into the High-Efficiency Activated Carbon Filter, which eliminates all of the different odors.

What makes the LEVOIT LV-H132 Air Purifier especially nice, though, is that it can circulate this purified air around your room four-times, within a single hour. That might not sound like a lot, but it is, and it allows this air purifier to be especially efficient.

Along with that, however, LEVOIT has designed this air purifier to be especially quiet. You won’t have to deal with annoying noises or disruptions, while this air purifier is working.

If you don’t mind spending some extra cash for a feature-rich air purifier, then the LEVOIT LV-H132 Air Purifier is a great purchase.

GermGuardian GG1000 Vs. LEVOIT LV-H126

Finally, the last air purifier we are taking a look at is the LEVOIT LV-H126. This air purifier is very similar to the LEVOIT LV-H132, and it gives you access to the same basic features and purification mechanisms.

GermGuardian GG1000 Vs. LEVOIT LV-H126

What makes this an excellent air purifier, though, is the fact that it’s a bit lighter, and the design gives you more freedom. itUsing this air purifier, it’s significantly easier for you to move it from space to space, or to even pack it with you, as a travel air purifier.

It’s also cheaper than the LEVOIT LV-H132, while also including all of the same basic features.

If you thought the LEVOIT LV-H132 sounded great but were put off by the price tag, then the LEVOIT LV-H126 is a very good alternative.
