What Does The Ecovacs Deebot OZMO 960 Robot Vacuum Offer?
The Ecovacs Deebot OZMO 960 Robot Vacuum is quite unique, because it’s not just a robot vacuum; it’s also a robot mop. While this robot vacuum is moving across your floors and vacuuming up whatever is in its path, it can also be mopping those same floors.
In comparison to a more traditional mop, it’s not as efficient. But, it does a great job at removing light stains, dirt, and small messes. Having access to this mop makes the entire process of cleaning your floors a lot easier, and it ensures that the vacuum doesn’t make a mess that requires you to sweep or mop.

Of course, the most important attribute is the vacuuming, and the vacuuming is excellent. Using this robot vacuum, you are able to vacuum on hard floors and soft floors, with incredible ease.

It doesn’t matter how dirty or nasty those floors are, this robot vacuum is able to move across them, with ease, removing whatever is in their path, ensuring that your floors look and feel great, once the process is finished.
To control this robot vacuum, you’ll be relying on the smartphone app that ECOVACS has developed. This app is known as the ECOVACS Home App, and it gives you access to a variety of different features and settings, all of which are incredibly useful, since they give you complete control over the vacuuming process.
Using the app, you can look at each floor in your home, and their schematics. That way, you can see where the robot vacuum is, and where it’s moving.
More importantly, though, you can also choose the exact rooms and spaces you would like the robot vacuum to clean. So, if you want the device to mop and vacuum in your bedroom, or in the kitchen, you can select that room and it’ll move there, and begin vacuuming and mopping.

That’s not all, though. If there are spaces that you would prefer the robot vacuum not go into, then you can create “Virtual Boundaries” that tell the robot vacuum where it can’t go. You can use this to keep the device out of specific areas, or to keep it within certain areas.
As for the other features that the app offers, you are able to adjust the cleaning mode, turn the mopping feature on and off, and create a custom schedule. These are all very basic and conventional features that most robot vacuums have, but they are exceptionally useful and they do make the vacuuming process easy and efficient.
The Ecovacs Deebot OZMO 960 uses something known as AIVI Technology. And, AIVI Technology is used in conjunction with Smart Navi 3.0 Technology.
Both of these technologies are related to navigation and mapping, and they allow this robot vacuum to know where it is, at all times, and to detect specific obstructions and how to get around them.
What makes those two technologies especially useful, and unique, is the fact that they can detect things like couches, chairs, and other obstructions. Not only do they detect them, they remember them, and they devise movement patterns that acknowledge those obstructions and the best ways to get around them.
This makes the vacuuming process so much faster, ensuring that every space is vacuumed and mopped in the most efficient, and thorough manner possible.

While the Ecovacs Deebot OZMO 960 is a truly great robot vacuum that offers a wide variety of excellent features and attributes, there is one thing you need to remember. This is an expensive robot vacuum. Very expensive. And for a lot of people, the price is the reason why they won’t buy it.
If you are looking for something that offers the best of robot vacuuming capabilities, an excellent mopping system, and an absolutely fantastic navigation system, then this robot vacuum is worth it.
However, if that’s not what you’re looking for, then this robot vacuum may not be the right one for you.
Conclusion
In the end, the Ecovacs Deebot OZMO 960 Robot Vacuum is an excellent robot vacuum that comes equipped with some of the best features and systems that you’ll find. But, it is very expensive, especially in comparison to other robot vacuums.
If you want the best, though, then this is it!
