When you take the robot vacuum out of the box, you’ll notice that it looks just like most other robot vacuums. There is nothing unique or distinct about the design, but there doesn’t need to be. Instead, the design is functional and effective.

Inside of the box, there’s a remote control. Using this remote control, you’re able to access the different cleaning modes and features. But, what’s really nice about this robot vacuum is that you don’t need to use the remote if you don’t want to.

Instead, you can use your smartphone to access those same features, or a Google Assistant device or Amazon Alexa. Most robot vacuums that come at this price-point lack that kind of functionality, which is why it’s really nice that this robot vacuum offers it.
Regardless of what device you choose to use, you have access to the same basic features and settings. Some of these features include the three cleaning modes, a scheduling feature, a map that lets you see where the robot vacuum is, and a feature that allows you to directly control the vacuum.
When you’re using the vacuum, you can use one of several cleaning modes. Smart Clean is the mode that you’ll be using most of the time, because it’s the primary mode that the robot vacuum uses. When Smart Clean is being used, the robot vacuum moves throughout your home, and vacuums. That’s it.

DeenKee DK700
With Spot Clean and Edge Clean, the other two main cleaning modes, things are a little different. Using Spot Clean, you’re able to direct the vacuum towards a particular spot that needs to be vacuumed extra thoroughly.
This is useful if there’s a larger mess that needs to be cleaned up. And, then, with Edge Clean, the robot vacuum moves across the edges that are located throughout your home – such as along the walls – and removes the dirt and dust that’s on them.
Sometimes, those modes won’t work very well with what you need to do. So, you can take control of the vacuum and control it manually, using a set of arrow-keys. This is ideal if the robot vacuum keeps missing a spot, or just isn’t vacuuming the way that you want it to.

DeenKee DK700
As for the other features, they’re basic, but very useful. Using the scheduling feature, you’re able to determine when the vacuum is on and running, and when it’s off and charging. This is nice, because it allows you to automate the entire vacuuming process.
With the map feature, you can see where the robot vacuum is, at all times. If you’re at work, and you have your smartphone, you can see where the robot vacuum is. And, even while you’re at work, you can control the vacuum, which is very convenient!
All of those features are great, because they add a level of convenience and efficiency to the entire vacuuming experience. But, without the right performance and general effectiveness, this robot vacuum wouldn’t be as good as it could be.

DeenKee DK700
That’s why it’s a very good thing that this robot vacuum does, in fact, offer decent vacuuming performance. While moving across hard floors – such as those made of hardwood and stone – the robot vacuum has no problems vacuuming up whatever is in its path.
When it’s moving across soft floors – carpets and rugs, for example – the experience isn’t quite as smooth. This robot vacuum isn’t quite designed for those softer and thicker surfaces, so a lot of the dirt and dust that’s within a rug or a carpet won’t be vacuumed up, if you’re using this robot vacuum. But, for hard surfaces, this robot vacuum works extremely well!

DeenKee DK700
That’s really the only flaw that this robot vacuum has: it doesn’t work well on soft surfaces. But, all of the other features and design traits it offers are fantastic, and this is easily one of the best robot vacuums that you can buy, especially when you consider its low price-tag.
Conclusion
If you are on the market for a well-designed, easy-to-use, and efficient robot vacuum that’s super affordable, you really can’t go wrong with the DeenKee DK700 Robotic Vacuum! It’s easily one of the best robot vacuums on the market, and for the low-price, it’s an excellent value!
