In this review, we’re going to be looking at the Bissell Cleanview Upright Bagless Vacuum 1831, and the design traits and features that this vacuum cleaner offers.

In comparison to most upright vacuums, this upright vacuum is much lighter – it only weighs 15.4-pounds – and it has a much cleaner and nicer design than the majority of upright vacuums that you can purchase. But, as a result of that, this upright vacuum is a little more expensive than a lot of other upright vacuums.
What makes the design so nice and so useful, is the fact that every feature and setting is outlined and delineated. There is no confusion or uncertainty; only clarity. But, along with that, due to the lack of weight and heft in this vacuum cleaner, it’s super easy for you to pick the vacuum cleaner up and to move it around.
Storing it is also a very easy experience, due to the relatively small-size of this vacuum cleaner.

To aid in the mobility and flexibility that this upright vacuum offers, you have a 25-foot power cord and a 6-foot vacuum hose. With the power cord, it’s quite easy for you to move the vacuum around, in larger spaces, even if those spaces have very few power outlets.
Due to the way that the power cord is designed, it’s unlikely that the power cord will become tangled up.
What’s really nice about the 6-foot vacuum hose is that it extends the overall reach of this vacuum cleaner. Most of the time, you’ll be relying on the cleaning head for your vacuuming needs. But, there will be times when the cleaning head just isn’t ideal for the vacuuming that you’re doing.
In those cases, you can grab the vacuum hose and use that hose to vacuum in tighter and narrower spaces.

Plus, you can attach the Turbo Brush Tool to the vacuum hose. When you attach the Turbo Brush Tool to the vacuum hose, you are able to vacuum on a variety of different surfaces that the cleaner head isn’t able to vacuum on.
These are surfaces such as stairs, couches, chairs, bedding, curtains; and many more. And, this is because the Turbo Brush Tool is a small, handheld vacuuming tool that brushes off and removes dirt, dust, hair, and debris from a variety of different surfaces using a brush and a suction mechanism.
More often than not, you’ll be using the main cleaner head, which is what this upright vacuum is designed for. And, to use this cleaner head, you just need to plug in the vacuum cleaner and then push the vacuum cleaner across the different floors and surfaces that are within your home. It’s just like using any other upright vacuum cleaner.
While you are using this upright vacuum, a technology known as “Cyclonic Suction” is utilized. What this technology is, is essentially a technology that allows the vacuum cleaner to generate cyclones of suction.
These cyclones create a sustainable amount of suction that is quite strong, which makes it easy for the vacuum cleaner to remove all of the dirt, dust, hair, and debris that it comes into contact with. But, along with that, it allows all of that gunk to flow through the filtration mechanisms quickly, without stopping or getting stuck.

Since Cyclonic Suction is combined with One-Pass Technology, which relies on suction and a powerful brushing system, this vacuum cleaner is capable of vacuuming on just about any surface.
It can vacuum up just about anything. What’s really nice about One-Pass Technology is the fact that it allows you to vacuum over a particular surface, and to remove everything that’s on that surface, in just one pass. There’s no need for you to keep moving the vacuum over that same surface.
With the filtration system, this vacuum cleaner is able to remove the dust and allergens that are within the gunk you’re vacuuming up. This is useful, because it keeps all of that stuff from flowing back into your air, and creating problems.
All in all, this is a fantastic upright vacuum that offers a great deal of convenience and efficiency. And, while it is expensive, it’s worth the price.

Upright Vacuums
Upright vacuums outsell all other types by far. In fact, almost half the vacuums on the US market are upright models. The upright vacuum has a design edge over canisters when it comes to carpet cleaning as they make quick work of large areas.
