In this review, we’re going to be taking an in-depth look at the Bissell CleanView Deluxe Rewind Vacuum 1819. This is one of Bissell’s best, and by the time you’re finished reading this review, you’ll know whether or not this is the upright vacuum for you!
To start off, this vacuum cleaner weighs just over fifteen-pounds. It isn’t especially light, but it’s certainly not that heavy, either. And, due to the design of the vacuum cleaner, you can easily pick it up, move it around, and store it.
If you are living in a smaller home where space is at a premium, this is an incredibly useful vacuum cleaner.
Within the vacuum cleaner, there is an exceptionally powerful motor that produces something known as “Multi-Cyclonic Suction”. Multi-Cyclonic Suction is a suction system that involves creating cyclones – in this case, multiple cyclones – that allow the suction to remain strong, and consistent.

Through these cyclones, all of the dirt, dust, and debris that the vacuum comes into contact with is effortlessly removed from your floors.
What’s especially nice about the Multi-Cyclonic Suction system that this vacuum cleaner uses, is the fact that it generates a tremendous amount of suction power, which allows you to vacuum on a variety of different surfaces. If you would like to vacuum on a hardwood floor, you can do that.
If you would like to vacuum on a thick carpet or rug, you can do that, as well.
The suction power is more than strong enough for that kind of vacuuming, and due to its consistency – as a result of the cyclones – everything that’s vacuumed up is vacuumed up quickly, without any fluctuation in the amount of suction that’s being used, or the power of that suction.
Of course, while the motor is very important, it’s only one piece of the puzzle when it comes to the overall performance and efficiency of this vacuum cleaner.

The other piece of the puzzle is the brushroll, and this vacuum cleaner is equipped with a fantastic brushroll that allows for thorough and efficient vacuuming.
Through the use of a Triple-Action Brush Roll, you’re able to vacuum on any surface – no matter how thick or dense – and you’re able to remove just about anything from that surface.
This is a brushroll that consists of multiple layers, which allow the brush to perform different functions and to brush with different levels of intensity and thoroughness.
As the name implies, this brush roll is capable of performing three different actions. These actions are loosening, lifting, and removing. While you’re moving this vacuum across the floor, the brushroll will loosen all of the dirt and dust that’s on the floor.
It lifts that dirt and dust from your floors, and throws it straight into the filtration system, and then when it passes through the filtration system, it goes into the dirt tank.

When it comes to the filtration system, it’s excellent at removing dust and allergens, and keeping your air nice and clean. The system consists of multiple layers, all of which allow the dust and allergens that are found within the dirt and dust you’re vacuuming to be removed and disposed of.
Every now and then, you’ll need to clean the filter, but it’s a washable filter so you can just take it out and wash it underneath the faucet, and that’s that.
Once you’re finished vacuuming, you’ll need to remove the dirt tank from the vacuum cleaner, and then bring it to the trash so that you can empty it out. Due to the design of the dirt tank, this is extremely easy to do, which makes the vacuuming process very convenient.

Plus, it’s a large dirt tank, so you can vacuum for long periods of time without needing to empty the dirt tank out.
While this is an excellent vacuum cleaner, overall, it is rather expensive. As such, if you aren’t looking for a vacuum cleaner that offers the level of efficiency, performance, and convenience that this one offers, then this may not be the right vacuum cleaner for you.
